  • Over the years we have had so many people place deposits after we have worked tirelessly to produce their puppy and back out. Most people are not aware of the work that goes into raising a litter of puppies. With the rising cost in Veternarian bills, surgical implants and C-Section and the labor that we have in raising a litter we only want to be in relationship with a very serious Labrador buyers. We typically see the wait time of 6-9 months for our pups and most are paid for before they are even born. The demand for a Smoky Mtn puppy is beyond anything we would have ever believed.

  • We prefer a phone call, but also have email. We only ask that you thoroughly go through our website here before you call. Our information can be found on our Contact Us page.

  • We would love to meet you! If the puppy is picked up in the State of Tennessee, we are required by Tennessee Law to collect State Sales Tax (9.75%). We are now delivering over 95% of our puppies for the safety of our personnel and clients. Information on delivery options is available on our Pickup & Delivery page. All the charges related to delivery are additional to the purchase price of the puppy.

  • 1. We do have some of the most qualified personnel to bring your puppy via airplane.

    2. We offer private, delivery thru Smoky Mtn Labradors. Our drivers are very experienced in delivering our puppies, and thanks to technology, we are able to show you your puppy on it’s journey along the way. We offer deliver anywhere in the continuous United States.

    3. If you choose to use a third party delivery service, Smoky Mountain Labradors will not be held liable for any events that may occur after the puppy has left our kennel.

  • You can find specific information on our prices on our Puppy Prices page. All of our pricing does not include any of the three training packages. All of the training packages are optional.

  • All of our puppies are invoiced thru our accounting office here the day of the puppy choice. Once you determine the level and have spoken to Gene, our office will bill you for the entire puppy. (All Credit Cards are available with a 3% Fee or using a Bank Draft is No additional Charge) This protects you (the buyer) and us as the seller.  We receive no cash for any of our puppies all puppies are going to have an invoice attached to it for proper and ethical accounting with all governmental regulations.

  • No. Smoky Mtn Labradors has a non-refundable policy once a a puppy has been bought. There is only one exception to this policy, and that has to do with any potential failed medical examinations of your puppy at your veterinarian office within the first 3 days of arriving at your home. One of the things that set us apart is that ALL of our puppies here at Smoky Mtn Labradors have been thoroughly examined by OUR OWN VETERINARIAN before we even begin to show you pictures or even before the selection of your puppy. We have found that this process eliminates any disappoint for your family in the process. Only once a puppy has been returned to us upon failing an exam will a refund be issued. Below is more information concerning the health examination process: (Smoky Mtn Never refunds any part of the Training) Our trainers are independent from our kennel and we only use trainers that give lifetime warranty on all aspects of their training. Please Review their contract extensively.

    Initial Health Exam - In order for the health warranty to be valid, the purchaser agrees to have the puppy examined by a veterinarian within 3 working days of the transfer. If at that time the puppy is diagnosed with an existing medical problem, the puppy may be returned for a full refund. If requested by the Breeder, the purchaser must provide the Breeder with an evaluation from a second veterinarian of the Breeder’s choice at the Breeder’s expense prior to any payment. Smoky Mtn. Labradors must be informed IMMEDIATELY of the initial vet examination by email at gene@smokymtnlabradors.com. If we do not receive notice of vet examination, all guarantees are no longer valid.

    If the buyer’s vet establishes a major problem with the puppy upon initial examination, which would identify any genetic illness, then the buyer should initiate a claim for the puppy. At the buyer’s expense, the buyer should return the puppy to the seller if the seller requests so to be done. There is a certain protocol for this, please contact our office immediately.     Due to Parvo virus and Kennel Cough running rampant at Veterinarian Offices, local Pet Stores , and Road Side Rest Areas around the country, Smoky Mtn Kennels is not liable for this disease.
